The Activision Blizzard Analysts: Raymond James analyst Andrew Marok reiterates an Outperform rating and $120 price target. KeyBanc analyst Tyler Parker reiterates an Overweight rating and price target of $120. Needham analyst Laura Martin reiterates a Buy rating and $102 price target. Morgan Stanley analyst Brian Nowak reiterates an Overweight rating and raises the price target from $115 to $120. Strength of Call of Duty: The highlight for many of the analysts from the first quarter was the strength of the company’s “Call of Duty” brand. “Call of Duty continues to significantly expand its audience, with the segment hitting 150M MAUs in 1Q21,” Marok wrote in a note. Strong seasons for “Call of Duty Warzone” and the launch of “Call of Duty Mobile” in China were highlights. “Call of Duty Mobile” passed $1 billion in gross revenue worldwide in the first quarter. “Call of Duty's” monthly active users have tripled to 150 million over the past two years and hit a record in the first quarter, Martin highlighted.

Activision Blizzard Inc (NASDAQ: ATVI ) reported revenue of $2.28 billion in the first quarter, coming in higher than last year’s $1.79 billion and also beating the company’s guidance of $2.02 billion. The company reported non-GAAP eps of 98 cents in the quarter. Digital revenue was $2.01 billion. Net bookings hit $2.07 billion in the first quarter, including $1.34 billion of in-game net bookings. The company’s Activision segment saw revenue up 72% year-over-year led by the strength of the “Call of Duty” franchise.
